The following actions and/or services are specifically excluded from the Services as standard.
Restoration of Customer’s and Subscriber’s data.*
Import of Customer and Subscriber data from existing 3rd Party systems.*
Extraction of Customer’s and Subscriber’s data.*
Integration with ‘on premise’ e-mail systems.*
Installation and maintenance of 3rd Party custom code.*
Maintenance, support, upgrading, installation, management of Customer or Subscriber hardware, software, desktop equipment and peripherals.
Customer or Subscriber training.
Application configuration and support of the CRM application. *
*Note: Although these services are excluded from the standard Service, they can be managed via a charged Change Control service on a case by case basis.
